It has been difficult for us, as none of our team has had a full or formal training on how to develop videogames.
The people that accompany me in the team have other professions, Eduardo is a designer, Romina is a Physical Education teacher and programmer, and I am a programmer but with experience developing microservices for companies.
Eduardo is now doing a master's degree in videogame development in Barcelona, and Romina and I are learning on our own in our free time, since we both have another full time job.
The hardest part for us as indie developers is marketing. We want to stay independent (without publishers) so we don't lose control of the project.
