For the start, take a look at itch.io, you can publish your games for free there while specifying a download price. If you release F2P, people can still voluntarily donate to you.

For advertisement, try looking into making streamer bait games and simple horror games if you're into that. There are a lot of big content creators who regularly play these types of games and a lot of fans that regularly scout for new releases. You can also send them a DM, asking them to play your game. This strategy ensures your games gain some exposure without any real time and money investments into marketing. They don't even have to be good, just take a look at some of the most viewed played Indie games.

And please be careful around your age, there are a lot of awful people online.
