This currently available version has a system for changing the location of things based on the distance from the character, if you place a nav mesh large enough and add this to "replaceable" you will always be able to update the size of the nav mesh in real time, In other words, just configure the navmesh in the actor at the "World Engine" level, it is better explained in the documentation
