Even if it was there are only 2 OSes with dedicated channels ( #macos and #linux )

All the mobile platforms need to share #mobile anyway

5.4 is bringing a lot of vision support, and it's unlikely to get it's own channel, it has a few unique things to be concerned about, but not nearly enough to warrant an entire channel for.
