This looks AMAZING and the gameplay flow looks seamless!
Teach me
Clean blend from cine to gameplay here
Love this
Can I ask how long you've been doing unreal and how long you've been working on this project?
Looks so cool
I've been learning unreal for a total of around 4 years, the project was a learning project but I have been working on it officially around 2 - 3 years now
Is it all solo dev? The cinematics look awesome
Yeah, developed the game on my own, outsourced for models and used marketplace for things like environment and animations although I have changed them and adjusted them to fit accordingly 🙂
I've been watching this on instagram for a while; I love it.
@vestal glacier My respect dude.
That's my dream, bein' able to learn more and more, to become a solo dev, at that level.
Congrats.
Keep up the good work
Thank you so much, I'm still learning too!
I require your knowledge, teach me
I have a patreon where you can book a slot with me if you genuinely want to learn?
Bet
Cleaned up the tracking of enemies for those who dislike having to lock on to enemies.
slow mo blend cines are awesome! very well done!
Made a projectile based system which lets you embed enemies, once the enemy is embedded projectiles ricochet! You can attack them to launch them to enemies again, damaging them and ricochet the projectile again
Here is an aerial combat gameplay clip of the game projectile system
You can now embed and absorb the embedded blade!
When absorbing, your weapon gets charged, leading to powerful variations of the combo with finishers such as blade rainfall! ⚔️
Hello, could you share which market place items did you use for the environment? Street materials and buildings specifically?
This has everything however I went out my way to make the materials and textures look different, making my own adverts and all that good stuff
