Sci-fi tower defense/first person shooter type game.

Resources (boxed icons) are scrap used to build and crystal used for energy generators mainly (replacing the icons when i have them).

The two bars are for health and power which is supplied to buildings (going to tweak how these look too).

Bottom bar is stamina.

open to any ideas, at the moment all of them look wrong to me.

not really a UI person but number 2 in the top row feels the best to me

The first mistake is putting the stamina bar farther from the center of the screen than the health bar. Stamina requires constant monitoring, so it should be easier to look for. That's one of the reasons BOTW's stamina bar was so excellent - and placed right by the character.

Otherwise, I like the one where all of the UI is closer to the bottom of the screen (the 4th one). Not just because the stamina bar is in the right place, but because you can keep a considerable part of the game world clear of UI and the rest look like they might be a bit distracting. But it depends on the game you're making.

another potential option, this one feels really clean to me, although idk about having no separation between resources and stat bars, could be confusing at first

note, the blue stamina bar only appears when your stamina is below 100%

or side by side to make the chat window width and match the stats width to give some symmetry
