When clicking someone's profile, another blank "Apps" menu pops up. I'm assuming this is where the options to Ban/Strike live for moderators, but as of recent the blank meny has been popping up for me. Like the other issue, it presents the same on mobile and PC, with a restart not fixing it.

Quinn doesn't have any user commands. Manny has one, and it is for mods only, so I guess that's it.
I would expect the menu to be missing for users who do not have permissions, but I guess Discord had other plans.
