No the actual menu itself is. On mobile, it's just empty

Hm, OK. That is odd. I can see it on my end, on both mobile and desktop.

I will investigate other potential causes. Not sure what else to try off the top of my head.

I think it was. Looks like the app command permissions got reset when I published the new version of Quinn.
