That is really cool. I would give it a 7-8/10. Main feedback:
Positives:
Environment design is great
Animations look smooth and non-jaggy/unusual, how did you do animations, as I need some help in my project animating movement?
Improvements:
Try a narrower camera angle, rather than the wide. Generally in cinematography/photography a wide FoV camera is used for landscapes, and narrow FoV is used for character sequences like yours, it adds nice effect with the wide FoV, just looks slightly off.
Character passes into the foliage at 16 seconds
In relation to the camera stuff

Due to the wider FoV
Try using a roll from the eagle to the character but with a narrow FoV
Also, reduce the neck bend on the eagle, generally they don’t do the triggered seagull when calling
