Isn't that the entire point of every single channel on the whole server?
Every channel on the Server is for posting problems and receiving help.
Find the most appropriate channel for you question and post it there.
i meant more like how it is with the feedback channel. with actual posts
So more like a forum?
I think the view is that if you want help with a forum interface, go to the actual epic help forum.
Yeah suppose. was just a thought
This question has come up 3 times over the past 10 days and the general answers for now have been the same.
These ones covers this subject quite well:

https://discord.com/channels/187217643009212416/1105610796978946158
One additional sentiment I couldn't find in the threads anymore: Keeping a chat ensures community engagement. Loose forums may become dead quickly and split up the channel communities.
I was hoping for a help channel for server related stuff, like my other discord account just got wrongfully disabled like some other people and now i lost some dudes username who i was getting help from and i cant find his username in this server no matter how hard i try
I'm not sure why this server would have a Discord related help channel. Surely that would be on the Discord Discord server? Or forum? Or something? Maybe I misunderstand?!
Hi
I have a problem when I shoot a video and the render is done. The render shows me a clip other than the one I filmed
I imagine it's probably because you didn't read the instructions.
Make a help channel but lock it and make it link to one of these “we need a dedicated help” channel requests where it’s explained that it will never happen. Problem solved.
You do know you can search the whole server, right?
Wait what if we added a help forum channel where you can help search forums for posts to get help
