We just released a furniture bundle of 5 chair/table/cabinet asset packs (317 furniture assets in total), where you can easily customize colors, textures & dirtiness for all assets/parts, still using very low drawcalls and memory budget. You can make them fit almost any kind of art style and mood - and they're very well performance optimized.
The bundle includes a showcase map with 12 different style examples using assets from all the packs included, and all the assets are using the same materials so there will be no duplicates with the bundle.
