it's just that you dont have to use console commands its directly in a post process material
and i do cel shading and reduce the color palette
You can (and should) hide those commands in a blueprint tho, I've heard that post process materials are performance killers is all
But if you do lots of stuff then yeah ofc course you'd have to use a post material
