I like it, lot of empty space, not sure if it's for the liminal space, off putting feel yet familiar feel (which it's totally giving off and I like) or is for collision and giving more of a space for the character to move thru
i like it too, a carpet could increase the feel of fullness without adding something hindering for walking!
Thanks! Not sure about scaling, proportions and furniture placement. It takes time to open up the project and just look into empty space and visualise furniture in it's place.
Carpet could work, but you need to find the right one.
looking good, not sure if its meant to be so dark.
have noticed a seam in the lighting from what i can only assume to be your modular kit.
my only critique would be the floor is too shiny and the art is too low on the wall. Other than that its really starting to break up the monotony, I think a rug could help massively, as well as maybe giving that lone armchair a side table or two, or changing it to a chaise lounge with a small coffee table
seems like the type of place to have a chaise lounge at least
the ceiling light doesn't light up the big room enough so that's why it's so dark
lighting seam?
i've noticed that without post process the environments look kind of grey, yellow, green
it has that specific color to it
gonna try to mix other color lights
i'm trying to match the vibe of those classic haunted house interiors
also scaling at times feel like that it needs to be in symmetry, but that's probably in fear trying different designs
Well yes, it can't behave like real lighting. You will need to up your global illumination or indirect intesity
That's the lighting seam
oh that thing yeah was thinking about it
how can I fix it?
the easiest fix is to finalize the size of the room and merge all the actors together
