There are some accounts that instantly add you seconds, minutes after you post a job offer. Also some people use other peoples artstation. Can't name all the accounts since I closed conversations, but I'm sure other people have run into this too. <@&213101288538374145>

there could be something they could do tho. like new accounts that spam messages in milliseconds without the bot tag are clearly scams

There is already spam protection in that regard, but if someone makes a new Discord Account to post a Job Offer, that doesn't mean they are scammers.
They could have just made one with their company email or so to be able to post.

No I mean those new ones that post impossibly fast. Clearly discord does nothing because I get spammed by brand new accounts that post a scammy essay in 1 millisecond
