This suggestion should make being found/finding much more accessible and organized

If I'm looking for a coding gig, I'll go to the search bar, and search for "coding", "programming", "c++", or "blueprints". The search bar eliminates the need for a hundred separate channels

Searching doesn't show you all the results when the job you are looking for could be called coding, programming, or engineering on the application. Is there any talk of switching to forums?

u can search for multiple items, tho i wouldnt be against forums with a tag system
