can't post my portfolio

Hey there, so the last 4 days I've been trying to send my portfolio in the hire freelancer channel, but it keeps giving me this error, even with pc it gives me same error

What should i do?

Btw forgot to mention, nack whenanny 1.0 was around i did send my portfolio, do i need to delete the previous one in order to send my protfolio again? If so could you help me delete the previous one since in instructions it says we have to ask a mod to delete it
