Voice channels can get crowded with too many cooks in the kitchen. Adding a few smaller breakout channels would be a nice addition to stream with a smaller group of people and be able to discuss things.

I think in the past few years, I've only ever seen people in every single voice channel once. There are always channels available to join that are empty for groups of people to do this.

As an add on to this there are bots where you can "click to create" voice channels so you don't have to clutter the server with unused voice channels and they can be created and removed as needed all done within the bot
