I would advise testing first. As I said, not all hw is compatible. For example zen3 had some issues with 2-3 of the frequencies on the test mb, afais in one review. Up to you 🤷♂️

All the results I have seen show that running 4gb4 is faster than 8gb2. But 16gb2 is faster than 4gb4.
Apparently 8gb sticks are single rank while 16gb sticks are dual rank.
What a rank is, I don't know.

Basically all 16gb ram at the moment are dual rank. So running 16gb * 2 is theoretically the same as filling all 4 ram slots.

like lets say your making a hunting game and you hit a deer, you want it to stumble a bit with momentum before it properly falls and dies
as apposed to just playing a static death animation or like randomly jumping up and ragdolling

You need to play a short "flinch" animation right before ragdolling
Unreal will blend it into ragdolling
So the deer will get momentum in this animation and then fall down

I personally juice a lot of fruits and vegetables.
Some fitness people would say that it is horrible to do that because of how much fruit sugars I am drinking all at once. Some people say that it is bad because it takes out most of the fiber you get from vegetables and fruit.
But other people swear by it. Some people only drink juice and don't eat.
I personally just drink one juice in the morning and maybe some at lunch if I had leftover. Doesn't mean I don't also eat McDonalds or whatever. Not like I am a healthy person or anything. But juicing vegetables is a quick way to get energy without me needing to spend time cooking and that kind of bs.
I am all about convenience.
I am sure if someone could figure out a business model to bring down the cost of such juices that it would catch on and lower the meat intake of the United States. But if drinking a health juice costs you a ton of money while also leaving you feeling hungry, it will remain niche.

This PC is still pretty good as a gaming PC. I will just have to put a new GPU in it because I am moving the RTX 2070 to the new rig.

The main upgrade for my new PC is an upgrade from 6 cores 6 threads to 12 cores 24 threads.
As far as gaming is concerned both computers will be relatively the same.
I got faster RAM which doesn't matter for gaming and a PCIe 4.0 SSD which isn't probably going to make a difference in anything I do... But I wanted it anyways.

The UI isn't always intuitive. Sometimes you need to do things in a somewhat overly complex way.

I kinda got used to it. In fact can't complain about anything wrt to the UI. Also major work is shortcuts anyway.
Tho I do have met some issues. Their dependency graph seems a mess, you can't model after armature modifiers say.

Let me guess, you don't visit their developer forums or rightclickselect? 😄 Boy do people EVER elaborate... the problem is, nobody fucking listens.
@lucid walrus you know this is the first time I’m using blender. As in.. I started two weeks ago, and my only small gripe with it is that it’s Shortcut-first-UI. You HAVE all the stuff there, but 90% is something you have to KNOW about to use it without a shortcut. But once you get used to it - you understand why. I have not really used any other menus apart from the mesh one’s (bottom right) or had to search for anything because the shortcuts make the workflow incredibly efficient and speedy.
I think that’s what puts most people off. It’s literally the VI/VIM of the 3D software world.

There’s literally a ton of YouTube videos that show you how to do everything and list the shortcuts.
Besides - it doesn’t mean I haven’t used 3D software before. Just not blender.
