Design modular, stylized characters (bee/wasp factions)
Create concept art and eventually 3D assets
Help define the visual identity (inspired by games like Another Crab’s Treasure)
Game Developers (2–3 positions)
Co-own the core systems (turn loop, grid, combat)
Build UE5.4 Blueprints for AI, combat logic, and movement
Handle both technical design and gameplay iteration
One developer may specialize in AI/Level logic
Level/Environment Designer
Create test maps and layouts using blocks/proxies
Work closely with the systems team to ensure gameplay flows well
Prototype environmental storytelling and faction zones
Eventually contribute to tile-based visual development
