I have been experiencing frequent ~0.5 second stutters while gaming. I have only noticed it in games like Just Cause 4, Hitman World of Assassination, and Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. I have tweaked game settings, played in windowed and full screen, etc and nothing has worked. I can run other graphics intensive games like Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA 5, Assassin's Creed, etc.
I have a RTX 4070 and I have the most up to date graphics drivers.
