restive nacelle
for starters i have an rtx 3050, i play valorant nd rocket league. there was a problem i had earlier today where my gpu crashed and was no longer able to be detected by my pc. i asked for help and got it fixed, long story short on that, we swapped the gpu from different pcs to check some stuff, and the gpu magically was detectable. im back home now trying to play some games, and i notice im not getting 240fps anymore. i always got 240fps OVER playing valorant and rocket league, but now i cant pass 190. its very strange because when i first lauch (rocket league) for example the game goes to 240 and stays there for a whileeee, like 30 seconds, then drops to 190 in the menu, then i enter a game then it drops to 160, if i pause my fps goes back up to 190. one thing i tested for was vsync. i enabled vsync in my game and there was no fps change, not even a frame of difference. another thing i did was cap my fps to 240 in the ncp when my pc was getting 160 fps. my fps stayed the same. i capped my fps to 500 and my fps in game raised to 190. but never passed 190. i have reinstalled my drivers and used ddu to properly do so. i have tried every option i could think off but to no avail. someone PLEASE help me i am begging
