#3060 fans wont spin

i have a rtx 3060 in my pre-built pc and the fans wont spin at all no matter what temp if it is 50 or 99 unless i take something and nudge the fans then they will start spinning but then they are also very loud

Probably something in it that's keeping it from spinning. Saying that it does so loudly after nudging also indicates it's not been examined for it too...............

likely failed/seized fan. Since the heatsink itself seems to be still in good contact, I guess you could work around this by using case fans on it instead if you still have leftover headers
