Hello! just got my 5060 and when i boot up to windows it sometimes shows up as an unknown PCI device. The drivers are downloaded and the new firmware. But this happens once every few boot ups. and its honestly quite annoying

The gpu isnt loose on the pci slot either, and the cables are connected. so i dont know if this is a firmware issue or just windows 11 having a fit with it

reinstall chipset drivers even if you already have them

disable windows fast startup

#

turn PCIe power to off

#

do those in order, don't skip any steps

Sadly nothing changed

None of the things done and trying to reinstall it did nothing. (I had delete the old driver and reinstall just to download it but nothing changed)

does the 5060 need minimally PCI 4.0 to run normally?
