Got this off sites. Has almost the same Mobo you have as it's GigaByte. Hope this'll kinda help.

I made a rma request and got aprooved so I'm going to send it and, they will give me a new one, man this is so strange, I rember I also bought a 4090 founders, and nothing of this happend, with the same pc.
