Apps & games you are trying to run: Anything and everything, HDR doesn't work in Windows or any games, it just puts out weird pink, grey colors.
In addition to the following specs, we would like you to answer the following questions:
Have you reinstalled the Nvidia Drivers by removing them with DDU and reinstalling them by downloading the drivers manually and installing them? Yes, that was one of the first things I tried. I also tried rolling back to the previous driver version.
Have you made any changes to your PC/Laptop in the past few days (such as software/hardware install)? NO, like I said all I did was shut the PC down for the night and the next day HDR didn't work. No Windows updates or anything else happened at shutdown.
Have you encountered any error codes/bluescreens/graphical glitches when encountering the problem? No blue screens, crashes, or error codes. The only graphical glitch is the problem in the screenshot, other than that everything seems to work fine. Colors look normal in SDR.
