Not getting system sounds only my microphone sounds on NVIDIA overlay recording and instant replays

the title is self explanatory, like every clip I make its either silent or if my mic is unmuted u can just hear my keyboard or stuff like that, you cant hear the music im playing on my computer or nothing, I use a thing called Voicemeeter Potato, I'm not sure if this is why its messed up but it kind of bothers me that its not picking up any sound.

If ShadowPlay doesn't function correctly even after trying to fix it, please try using OBS instead and see if you can record correctly with it.
