#Black Ops 6 Crashes with 5090 ONLY when many players in same spot - any ideas?

Not expecting a solution since it seems game related - but looking for some ideas on pinpointing the cause of a weird issue that started when using a 5090.

I typically play Black Ops 6 with 32 total players, and there's no problem when they all appear on the screen at once - but then they all huddle up, the game gets a 0xc0000005 windows error.

Attached 2 images, the image with players lined up - no problem. Image with all players stuffed into a elevator shaft - game freezes.

This has only started happening with the 5090 installed (4090 previously). It's an MSI Suprim if that makes any difference. Temps seem fine at time of crash.

I've tried both the latest Studio & Gaming drivers, and using DDD for clean install as well.

I do have DLSS & Frame Generation turned on. So I'll try turning that off when I test later today.

Would be great to get some ideas on what I can perhaps stress test outside of Call of Duty to eliminate possible causes.

Thanks for any ideas!
