I get what I believe are expected frames with Raytracing on. No CPU cores hit 100% utilization when playing with the above settings, GPU usually doesn't hit 100% either.

I am guessing it's a cpu bottleneck but I'm just surprised at how huge the disparity is between my bench on ultra dlaa vs what I've seen, which is literally like 50% more frames
