#Blue screen when changing refresh rate on VR headset

When using the latest nVidia Game Ready drivers I get a blue screen whenever I try to change the refresh rate on my Valve Index. Sometimes it also set all the SteamVR settings to default.

When I roll back the drivers by two versions (to the May/June version, can't recall off the top of my head atm), this behavior stops and everything works fine.

Noticed this behavior in the previous version as well. Rolled back the drivers and stayed on those, until the latest driver released. Installed the newest version and the problem is back.

Is there anything I can do myself other than installing an older version of the drivers again? Using a 4090

This is a known issue with the latest versions of the driver. You can expect a fix with an upcoming version. For now, stay on the older driver
