Nvidia Replay Stopped Working Due to Chrome

Recently within the past month have started having issues with replay turning off and it says it's due to chrome. I havent had this issue in the past year and always have chrome open now it's freaking out... How do I make it stop closing because of chrome?

Extra note: turning off the desktop capture setting or whatever makes it only capture my headset program, doesn't actually seem to target whatever is primary onscreen
