I have checked the "Services" application and the Nvidia services are running. I have the newest drivers and even tried to download them again but that didn't work. And I have tried disabling and reenabling the graphics card in the device manager, I even uninstalled it and waited for it to come back, it came back, but that didn't fix the issue either.
