it only does it on my left monitor my 1440p one but my right monitor my 4k one does not have it show up

Open up the monitor's OSD (On-Screen Display) while this is happening. Is it also affected?

yeah it does it while the OSD is open

That's my other monitor it does not do it on that one

My other one could just be broken now
