Undervolting 4090 & temps

amd cards are always hotter and they draw way more power than nvidia cards

it'll depend on the games you run and how they react with specific games ( the game settings , resolution, ect.. )

and imo no there isn't a thing such as "too low temps"

if anything that's ideal , you should be more worried about gpu utilization

i personally also think for a 4090 that undervolt is pretty low

but as long as it's stable and you aren't encountering issues , ig it fine

no issues whatsoever, a small stutter in valorant every few seconds but i think thats since the latest drivers

also has this on stock settings
