Last week I had problems with my computer and at some times I have the fps marker in shooters always fixed at 144, but sometimes I notice that they are not fixed at 144, even if I mark those 144. Should I have these options activated in this way?:

If your display supports VRR (this page seems to indicate it), please do not attempt to lock the frame rate to the same as your refresh (which appears to be the case)
Lock it to 120 or 141 instead
Also, frame rate fluctuations are normal when the load spikes
