Okay, this may sound a bit confusing but.
Before I wiped my PC I used to be able to just plug my phone in and it'll connect to my phones hotspot through wired instantly, I can't remember how I did this, I never had to turn hotspot or anything on at all, it'll just connect through wired. I want it like this again but I had to wipe my PC yesterday and I can't seem to get my wired hotspot working correctly at all.
iPhone 11 btw, and no, iTunes doesn't do much
