All that system RAM technically speaking is already allocated as shared graphics memory in case the dedicated memory overflows to prevent crashes.

Normally you DO NOT want your dedicated graphics to use that RAM as it is extremely slow to go through the PCIe bus, which is only 16 or 32 GB/s

And you can't use the integrated graphics to assist with rendering games
