Is this a laptop?
If it is, that's normal. Laptop displays are connected to the iGPU, NCP can only manage displays connected to the dGPU. You cannot change this on most laptop models.
If this isn't a laptop, make sure your monitors are plugged into the GPU. Take a picture of the back off your desktop PC if you're unsure.

That's one dusty PC

Looks like at least one DVI (?) and HDMI connector there are not plugged into the GPU (GPU ports are further down, not clearly visible in that picture)

Hm, hard to tell with all the dust, but I'm not seeing any ports there

Could you open up CMD, paste in the following command, then take a screenshot of the output?

WMIC PATH Win32_VideoController GET Name,PNPDeviceID

Do you actually even have a graphics card? I can't tell from all the dust but I don't see anything..

Might have to select your NVIDIA GPU in the dropdown in the bottom-left
Should look something like this:

what now?

Alright, so that's a real GPU then

Clean your PC (shut it down, open up one of the side panels, then use compressed air to blow out the dust; do not use a vacuum cleaner!), then take a clearer picture of where the GPU should be (the part labeled "Here" in the following image)
