fps stuck at 60

hello every body i have a issue with my fps in the alt + R comand but in my game (valorant) the fps counter say 520 fps i ask support but we cant fix that have anybody any idea of what cant be blocking my nvidea fps counter? that make me not sure im usin all my fps , thx
