Can't login to nvidia for my drivers | NVIDIA | Page 1

I tried to open my drivers to see if they needed an update since a game was not working then i find out i have been logged out no proplem i think to myself i try to log in nope it opens the nvidia website in the login window i try some more times before it opens the log in window again nope says someting about no internet i go to reset my router agian nope still no internet i can't even log in to get to the damn support tab so that is my issue hope yall know why

my games flicker black and I try to fix it by updating drivers, can't do that

I did find the drivers but that didn't fix the flickering
