Try to reseat the GPU and if that doesn't work, might just have a broken GPU

Make sure you fully apply some pressure for all the pins to go in.

I get that you new and some people like might be scared but you have to make sure it's all the way in. Are you using hdmi or DP PORT? And did you buy it new or use?

That's kinda real cheap for a GPU to be sold. It definitely has a issue with it.

Try to remove your ram then replace it back in, then remove your CMOS battery for 30secs then put it back in then try starting ur computer.

If non of that work try "Cntrl + Window + Shift and B", at same time but keep your desktop on.

Make sure your HDMI is connected to the GPU.
