My record, instant replay, screenshot doesnt work when i enable privacy control

I can use shadowplay when i dont enable privacy control but when i enable it i cant even enable instant replay or record

i also tried re-installing but didnt work

i deleted from windows apps tab (only geforce experience) then re-downloaded it

also specs are

gtx 1660 super
i5 12400f
16 gb ram

and h610m motherbaord

reinstalled driver
