errant flame
#

I searched up the model number

twilit egret
#

hmm, no firmware updates on galax's website

#

seems like you're stuck

errant flame
#

Yeah

twilit egret
#

does the video card not stall the system if you temporarily set the computer to csm mode (note: don't boot into windows when you do this, go straight to bios by mashing keys)

#

just test it once, and then put it back to uefi mode so windows can start without throwing a fit

errant flame
#

Okay lemme try 1 sec

#

I don't have csm just uefi

#

My motherboard bios doesn't have csm mode idk why and I didn't upgrade the bios

#

I have to write legacy bios for that

#

It even limits my ports

twilit egret
#

Well. This is awkward. Put it back to where it was

#

I think you're going to need to put up with this while you plan on trying a different newer card

errant flame
#

Nah I don't need newer one I'm fine with that but as i said boot time takes really long
