Assuming that it's being recognized in the first place, the RGB controller on the video card likely has gone faulty

I figured out the problem, I just removed the 4-pin connector for the backlight, everything is already working, thanks

While I was inserting the video card into the motherboard, the backlight connector may have simply become disconnected
