Is this Pin important? Received my brand new RTX 4070 Super 3 days ago and i noticed some manufacture damage on it, but atm everything works fine, do i need to worry?

That pin should be a ground pin. However I wouldn't want a damaged GPU after paying that much money for it. I would honestly return it for a replacement.
