I assume you're looking for the "Display" tab
Is this on a laptop?
If it is: Unless your laptop supports "Advanced Optimus", you cannot get Display settings in the Nvidia Control Panel, as your laptop display isn't connected to your Nvidia GPU
If it isn't: Make sure your monitor(s) are plugged into your Nvidia GPU. If you're unsure on what this means, take a picture of the back of your Desktop PC and send it into here
