Shut down and turn on all of the following after 1 minute of it being powered off. Remember to also unplug them.

Change your network adapter and/or router's DNS settings to something known good (e.g. 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) or 1.1.1.1 (CloudFlare))

and maybe also try disabling IPv6 in the adapter options
