Every now and then my pc disconnects everything but stays on, and when this happens I cant turn it off and have to reset it to have it turn on so then I can shut it off manually. I have a lot of storage, no viruses, and my pc was recently cleaned with a blow fan made for pc's.

By any chance, did you do this with any fans plugged in? This includes the video card

I assume so, I unplugged the pc and brought it outside to blow out the dust but I didn't take anything out

Hmm... I wonder if something may have been damaged. Can you see if the computer becomes stable if you start it with the bare minimum? (CPU, CPU fan, boot drive, 1 RAM stick, and the video card if the CPU does not have integrated graphics)
