There does not appear to be any issue with the game settings, and the video card has enough video RAM.

OK, this isn't pop-in, this is visual error

Remove all GPU overclocking.
Reset power and temp limits to normal.
Rebuild the shader cache.

Reload the recommended settings. For Warzone, it is recommended by the developers to use Recommended - Performance
