#Windows gets unresponsive and leads to a BSOD with Critical Process Died

From Last 4 days my pc windows will get unresponsive and then give a BSOD Critical Process Died after 3-4 mins into opening any game. I previously had this issue ⁠||https://discord.com/channels/185647255028629505/1159514934632263800|| which was fixed after i replaced my PCIe Cable, I have tried OCCT Power Test

in the OCCT Power test it got stuck at 0:05 for like a minute and when i was about to restart it went to 1:41 then paused again then at 2:01 and 2:36 then gave me BSOD
temperature remains below 70C so i dont think theres much problem with the airflow
also, i was using salad https://salad.com for a few days which might have caused this

+12V is below 11.4V

I think you need to chuck the entire PSU out.

As bad as software measurements are, even they shouldn't be that low!
