hey what's up. so i upgraded recently from an old rx550 2gb to a 3060 12gb. it works perfectly for gaming, i've been playing red dead 2 with most stuff on ultra without any problems. the issue is, sometimes my secondary monitor (plugged with a vga to hdmi converter) doesn't work, so i have to unplug and plug it again. and the most annoying, i get video stuttering, like if i'm watching something on youtube in 1080p, it starts lagging, jumping, and the video gets off sync with the audio. device manager says all drivers are up to date. i saw folk mentioning DDU, just making sure before i do that
